Alfi’s Company

With the business simulation game "Alfi's Company", participants can manage a company and discover critical success factors in a positive and experience-oriented learning atmosphere. It offers non-economists, pupils and apprentices an insight into business management approaches and is therefore ideal for newcomers to the subject.

"Alfi's Company" is an exciting business simulation game in which the participants manage their deceased uncle's company. Important decisions have to be made: Do you accept this inheritance? What insights does a tour of the company provide? How should the company and all its employees be managed? In this process, the focus is on the company tour, the organization and the employees. The main focus is on how they affect the concept and future planning of the company. They compete in groups for customers, markets and profits. The competitive situation with the other groups results from the different approaches to future planning, strategy and expectations of the respective heirs.

THE STORY

Participants make business-oriented decisions and learn the most important concepts for entrepreneurial thinking and action in a short space of time.

This business simulation game allows participants to learn from their own experiences. In the course of the business game, they learn how money flows through the company, how crucial good liquidity planning and well thought-out investments are for the entire company and how closely research and development, marketing and sales are linked.
