In unseren Unternehmensplanspielen übernehmen die Teilnehmer*innen in Teams die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Führung eines simulierten Unternehmens. Durch Entwicklung von Strategien mithilfe von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen wird das unternehmerische Denken und Handeln realistisch und effizient trainiert. Neben dem analytischen Denkvermögen wird zudem die Konflikt- und Teamfähigkeit gefördert.
Learning Business by Doing Business
Through the practical application of what has been learned and the motivating learning environment, lasting learning success can be guaranteed. Participants acquire knowledge about the interaction between different functions and departments in the company and how business challenges are overcome in order to grow profitably as a company.
This principle of leadership and junior staff development is similar to the function of a flight simulator in pilot training.
Training will be given:
