What you can expect:

In several consecutive training rounds, the managers have to deal with special conflict situations in addition to standard management tasks, such as implementing cost reductions, explaining a joint venture, planning and implementing restructuring and delivering bad news. In addition to typical real-life desk tasks, employees are required to build helicopters according to specific construction plans. A certain amount of task pressure and time pressure is definitely intended to create a stronger sense of realism. A joint analysis of the managers' leadership behavior and cooperation takes place after each round of the simulation. The managers get this feedback represented on posters.

Every*participant has the opportunity*to reflect his/her leadership style in complex situations.
