Alfi's Company is an online simulation for learning basic business administration and developing entrepreneurial thinking and acting. As a starting point participants inherit a company from their recently deceased uncle Alfred. In their role as entrepreneurs, decisions for the successful continuation of the company must be made with the help of well-established business tools and key figures. In the online version of the business game "Alfi's Company" the participants  acquire the defined learning outcomes to a high degree doing things themselves according to the concept of Guided Discovery Learning, supervised online by an experienced  facilitator. The virtual workshop is supported by visual aids, handouts, online tools, etc.  This will make sure participants have an appealing and exiting learning experience.
