Alfi´s Company Online - English
Alfi's Company is an online simulation for learning basic business administration and developing entrepreneurial thinking and acting. As a starting point participants inherit a company from their recently deceased uncle Alfred. In their role as entrepreneurs, decisions for the successful continuation of the company must be made with the help of well-established business tools and key figures. In the online version of the business game "Alfi's Company" the participants acquire the defined learning outcomes to a high degree doing things themselves according to the concept of Guided Discovery Learning, supervised online by an experienced facilitator. The virtual workshop is supported by visual aids, handouts, online tools, etc. This will make sure participants have an appealing and exiting learning experience.

Alfi´s Company Online
Alfi´s Company ist eine Online-Simulation für das Erlernen wirtschaftlicher Grundlagen und zur Steigerung von wirtschaftlichem Denken und Handeln. Als Ausgangssituation erben die TeilnehmerInnen das Unternehmen ihres Onkels Alfred. In der Rolle von UnternehmerInnen müssen, mithilfe etablierter wirtschaftlicher Werkzeuge und Kennzahlen, Entscheidungen für den erfolgreichen Fortbestand des Unternehmens getroffen werden. In der Online-Version des haptischen Planspiels „Alfi´s Company“ erarbeiten die TeilnehmerInnen nach dem Konzept des Guided Discovery Learning die festgelegten Lerninhalte in großem Ausmaß selbst und werden dabei von einem erfahrenen Trainer online begleitet. Unterstützt wird der virtuelle Workshop durch visuelle Hilfsmittel, online Tools, Unterlagen, etc. mit denen laufend gearbeitet wird. Das garantiert eine abwechslungsreiche und spannende Lernerfahrung.
