Ein falsches Verhalten kann einem Unternehmen nachhaltig schaden und weitere negative Folgen nach sich ziehen. Wenn Ver\u00e4nderungsmanager und von Ver\u00e4nderungen betroffene F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte auf Change Management vorbereitet werden, k\u00f6nnen Verhaltensfehler im Umgang mit Mitarbeiter*innen vermieden bzw. verringert werden.
