What you can expect:
Your team prepares the menu for the evening in a relaxed, committed and usually somewhat surprised manner and takes over service and entertainment (due to a lack of staff). Many unfamiliar tasks require cooperation outside the usual hierarchy and thus promote team spirit, as true teamwork is now required.
When looking back together at the end, the participants are usually amazed at how clearly the typical behavior of individual team members and, for example, "groups" can be observed. With real team tasks - such as cooking in a team.
